Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to ask Vardo to delete your information, whether you are a supplier who received orders through us or a user of the app.

Suppliers who received orders through Vardo Orders

• To stop WhatsApp messages: tap "Stop messages" on any of the messages, or send the word "STOP" to the Vardo Orders number. It takes effect immediately.
• To delete your information: email the address below with the phone number or email address that received the orders. We will confirm the request came from the owner of that number or address, and delete within 30 days.
• What is deleted: your phone number, email address, replies and the files you sent. What remains: a minimal record of the permission and of its withdrawal (number, date and wording), so that we never message you again without permission, and the order record itself at the business that placed it, without your details.

Users of the Vardo app

Your user account belongs to the business you work for. You can ask the business's system administrator to delete it, or email us from the address registered on the account and we will handle the request within 30 days.
